Hi, I'm Michelle
I am a passionate connector, facilitator, and best practice pollinator who brings energy and enthusiasm to everything I do. I will help you achieve the future YOU want.
For 30 years I've led a hybrid career as an entrepreneur and senior manager providing strategy, project and customer experience expertise across a broad range of industries. These include the Olympics, arts, events, education, technology and finance.
Today I run a global coaching and consulting practice working with teams and individuals in expanding their leadership potential.
And by 'leadership' I mean in all facets of your life and business.

My approach combines curiosity, courage, a spirit of partnership and a good dose of humour. Deeply understanding you and getting to the core of your purpose is my top priority.
Whether I'm supporting you by facilitating for a group, making sure that project sees daylight and gets across the finish line or coaching one-to-one I will help you get to the heart of what you want and map out how to get there. Here's the catch. We will only be successful if you are ready to take action. Cause let's be honest: only wishing you could do it doesn't get you anywhere. It takes effort... and I will be here to support you and cheer you on along the way.
